«Старт-Инвест» ожидает приговора

В Московский райсуд Чебоксар поступило уголовное дело в отношении учредителей и руководителей ООО «Старт-Инвест» 33-летнего Максима Вайтовича и 39-летнего Дениса Минеева. Следствие инкриминирует им мошенничество в особо крупном размере и отмывание преступных доходов через сеть созданных ими фирм-однодневок. По подсчетам следствия, фигуранты только в Чувашии похитили почти у 1 тыс. вкладчиков из разных регионов более 185 млн руб.

По данным обвинения, возглавляемая Максимом Вайтовичем и Денисом Минеевым компания, имевшая помимо головного офиса в Чебоксарах филиалы в Москве, Санкт-Петербурге, Краснодаре, Новосибирске, Волгограде, Нижнем Новгороде, Ижевске, Казани, Ульяновске, Йошкар-Оле и др., являлась крупной финансовой пирамидой, мошеннически похитившей под обещание вкладчикам выплат до 79% годовых только в Чувашии в период с 2011 по 2015 год у 985 граждан более 185 млн руб. По расследуемым в других регионах уголовным делам в отношении этих же фигурантов на данный момент проходит в общей сложности не менее 2 тыс. обманутых вкладчиков, а сумма похищенных у них денег может достигнуть 1 млрд руб. Находящиеся в камере СИЗО фигуранты свою вину отрицают.

Согласно обвинительному заключению, жители Чебоксар Максим Вайтович и Денис Минеев в 2011 году открыли в Чебоксарах работавшую по принципу финансовой пирамиды компанию с заранее обдуманной целью хищения денег у граждан. Через агрессивную рекламу в бесплатных региональных электронных и печатных СМИ, а также активно используемые социальные сети они привлекали вкладчиков через обещание огромных выплат, уверяя граждан в безопасности и надежности вложений денег в их фирму. Желающие вкладывали свои сбережения, размер которых колебался от 20 тыс. до 5 млн руб., «путем заключения договоров займа сроком от 3 до 12 месяцев».

По данным обвинения, компания Дениса Минеева и Максима Вайтовича в реальности изначально не могла исполнить своих обещаний, так как не располагала для этого какими-либо ресурсами и финансовыми средствами и выдавала обещанные проценты только первым вкладчикам за счет новых поступлений.

Принесенные гражданами деньги фигуранты, по данным следствия, похищали через созданные ими фирмы-однодневки, на счета которых они осуществляли переводы по якобы заключенным договорам займа, а также под видом оплаты услуг, оказанных «Старт-Инвесту». Со счетов подставных фирм обвиняемые, говорится в деле, деньги обналичивали и похищали.

Крах финансовой пирамиды стал очевиден в начале сентября 2015 года, когда обманутые вкладчики оказались перед закрытыми дверями головного офиса фирмы в Чебоксарах и ее филиалов в других регионах. Осенью 2015 года следственное управление МВД по Чувашии возбудило уголовное дело по факту мошеннического хищения денег в особо крупном размере (ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ), фигуранты были помещены под стражу. Позже в фабулу обвинения была добавлена и статья о легализации преступных доходов в особо крупном размере (ч. 4 ст. 174.1 УК РФ).

Получить комментарии у самих обвиняемых и их адвокатов пока не удалось. Как сообщила “Ъ” старший помощник прокурора Чувашии Элина Трусова, оба обвиняемых в ходе следствия свою вину в инкриминируемых преступлениях не признали, заявив, что «осуществляли операции по размещению денег вкладчиков на рынке форекс».

Пресс-секретарь Московского райсуда Чебоксар Наталия Качина уточнила “Ъ”, что несколько месяцев назад началось рассмотрение гражданских исков обманутых вкладчиков «Старт-Инвеста» к организаторам финансовой пирамиды, этот процесс в суде только набирает обороты.

And therefore, they propose to apply the program only for patients with serious genetic diseases.

Ukraine decided not to dwell only on the genetic cause of childlessness, and successfully uses the method of mitochondrial donation for treatment 40+ women with infertility. Some European doctors believe that this technology may also increase the chances of artificial insemination. Ukrainian embryologists, on the other hand, are already conducting mitochondrial donation for patients who have gone through numerous unsuccessful IVF attempts.

To remind, the first “child from three parents” was born in Mexico.
